My basement was flooded during the storm, I called Taylor and even though he was swamped with work he fit me in. The water had to be turned off during the repair so I stayed with my daughter over an hour away. His team had complete access to my home and when I returned all the work was complete, and they even did a little cleaning that had nothing to do with their work. He and his team are great they completed the job ahead of schedule, with no surprise fees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Taylor and his crew did an excellent job in waterproofing our crawlspace. He charged us much less than what a bigger company quoted with the same quality expectations. After the job was done, he made multiple two hour trips, as we do not live in Knoxville, to check on us. Last visit was to install a crawlspace door as a courtesy. We appreciate Taylor's professionalism, kindness, and honesty. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs this service.
