Realtor contacted us to look at a listing with sagging floors and didnt feel comfortable with other bids they recieved.

Other contractors bid on this repair, however, Thomas Waterproofing was able to properly diagnose what needed to be done.  After new shims and properly placed supplemental beams and supports, the floor was brought to level and sagging repaired.  Was also able to get this done prior to closing.
