The home inspection uncovered high humidity and ground water issues.  Thomas Waterproofing removed the insulation, performed fungal remediation, installed full perimeter drain system with sump pump, new vapor barrier, and installed an Aprilaire Dehumidifier.  House was able to close after the work was completed.
