Customer discovered fungal growth inside her living space. After an inspection and testing was completed, it was found that it was coming from the humid crawlspace which also had standing ground water creating an enviroment for fungal growth.  Thomas Waterproofing performed a fungal remediation, installed a full perimeter interior drain system with sump pump, new vapor barrier, and an Aprilaire Dehumidifier.
