Why did the customer contact us?

Michael was preparing to list the house on the real estate market and wanted to prep the crawlspace to pass inspections.  Thomas Waterproofing replace failing wood shims with steel shims and installed new crawlspace supports and beams to stabilize an overspan on the floor joists.  An interior drain system with sump pump was also installed to remediate standing water in the crawlspace.  Lastly, a new vapor barrier was installed to finish the project.
