During the real estate inspection process the home inspector found moisture in the crawlspace from ground water and humidity.   Thomas Waterproofing installed an interior drain system with a sump pump to collect and remediate the ground water.  Next, a vapor barrier and Aprilaire Dehumidifier was installed to control the humidity in the crawlspace.
