During the real estate inspection process, the home inspector found moisture in the crawlspace from groundwater and humidity.   Thomas Waterproofing installed an interior drain system with a sump pump to collect and remediate the groundwater.  Next, a vapor barrier and an Aprilaire Dehumidifier was installed to control the humidity in the crawlspace.
