This was a real estate transaction where the home inspection uncovered multiple crawlspace issues.  Thomas Waterproofing installed interior footer drain system with a sump pump to control and remediate the ground water in the crawlspace.  For the humidity control, a new vapor barrier was installed along with an Aprilaire Dehumidifier.
