Why did the customer contact us?

Irene had fungal growth and sagging floors.  Fungal growth was cleaned, new vapor barrier, and Aprilaire Dehumidifier was installed.   New crawlspace supports and steel beam were installed to stabilize the floor system.  Steel shims were installed to replace existing and failing wood shims.
