Why did the customer contact us?

This was required after the real estate closing.  Crawlspace had standing water and humidity during the home inspection. Thomas Waterproofing installed an interior perimeter drain system with a sump pump to control and remove the ground water from the crawlspace.  An Apriliare Dehumidifier and new vapor barrier was installed to control the humidity.
