This was required after the real estate closing.  Crawlspace had standing water and humidity during the home inspection. Thomas Waterproofing installed an interior perimeter drain system with a sump pump to control and remove the groundwater from the crawlspace.  An Aprilaire dehumidifier and new vapor barrier was installed to control the humidity.
