This was a real estate transaction and during the home inspection found standing water and fungal growth. Thomas Waterproofing installed a full perimeter interior drain system with Zoeller Sump Pump for a permanent solution with life of structure warranty. Thomas also performed a fungal remediation, installed a new vapor barrier, sealed the crawlspace vents, and installed a new Aprilaire Dehumidifier.
